Best thing about it: I've ridden in snow, torrential rain for hour after hour and even walked in deep snow in them and I can confirm they're 100% waterproof. They are also really comfortable. I hate the fact that most bike boots are agony to walk in, but these short boots are perfect. So much so that I actually used them recently for long walks in the snow. And despite the recent harsh, salty conditions they still look like new.

Worst thing about it: I'll argue that they are not as warm as some boots I've tested. And they don't feel as secure as normal length boots because there is no shin protection.
