Where we deliver to We deliver to all regions in the United Kingdom (including channel islands & IOM), Eire, selected other European destinations, Australia and New Zealand. We do not deliver to the US or Canada.  
How we deliver We work with several parcel delivery companies and Royal Mail to ensure your goods get to you reliably.

Each delivery charge applies to the whole order: An order can contain several items and delivery will still be the same low cost.

How long your delivery will take UK Mainland deliveries offer you a choice of delivery options, from Next Day to 5-10 days Economy. Please expect 3-4 working days for other UK regions and Eire. Timing for European destinations depends on the country and varies from 2 to 4 days. Australia and New Zealand is now a fast UPS service of 2-3 days to most places.  
Stock availability and delivery times When you add an item to your basket, the availability of the item and size is confirmed by way of a message on the screen. If the particular size you have selected is not currently in stock, you are given at that stage an approximate delivery date; this then applies to the whole order. (to top)
 
What deliveries cost Delivery costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the order value; A pair of gloves will usually attract only the 'light' delivery charge or give you the option of an Economy tariff. Delivery costs are calculated in the Check-out but here is an overview of the key zones and main options you can select from:

Stock Indicators Availability messages are shown on every product page (the page on which the item name, image and details are displayed). We hold enormous stocks and most items are available straight away; if we do run out of a size, there can be a wait until the supplier sends a new delivery to us and the stock indicators will tell you what wait you should expect.

Availability indicators & what you should expect  
Items In Stock
Available from stock and shipped to you as soon as your order has been processed and picked. An email alert is sent to you when the order is processed and you receive a further update with the shipping information.
 
Items On Order
Normally in stock, but we had to get some more of this one. It's been ordered. We permanently monitor supplier deliveries and if for instance an item is due in 3 weeks into our warehouse, the stock indicator will show "Estimated despatch in 3 weeks". Please nevertheless place your order today: it's out of stock for a reason, so secure your place in the queue! If the manufacturer has to produce some more we will give you our best indication of when we can send it to you (i.e. X = a number of weeks).
 
Store Deliveries
Most stock we hold in our mail-order warehouse as well as in our store locations. Some items we send directly from store to you. Please allow an extra day for delivery.
 
  Out of stock items we ‘back order’ for you; you can always cancel the order while you wait up to the day before the despatch email is sent to you, and we won't send the item out (if we receive your cancellation after sending you the despatch email, the returns process kicks in with our 90 days no-quibble guarantee).

For Out of stock items and Special order items: if you order those we take it you agree to the stated delivery times. Just to make sure you don’t forget this thing is coming your way, we will email you when we despatch your gear.

Note: To reduce the delivery charge you pay to a minimum, we despatch orders when all items are available. If your order contains an item that is indicated as currently out of stock (orange stock message), as well as items that are in stock (green stock message), we can arrange part shipping. This will incurr an additional surcharge equal to the standard delivery charge for your destination.

Note: Certain products containing hazardous/flammable chemicals can only be shipped to addresses in Mainland UK. This is due to Royal Mail and courier handling restrictions.
