| What are G Points? |
G Points is the new GetGeared loyalty program that awards points to account customers every time they shop online at GetGeared.co.uk and allows you to save on future purchases. At GetGeared we believe in saying thank you for shopping with us and we want you to think of GetGeared.co.uk as your first port of call for all your biking needs. |

| How do I earn G Points? |
Earning G points is simple. For every £1 you spend at GetGeared online we give you 3 G points. But watch out for extra bonus G points on certain items and if you've joined the GetGeared Motorcycle Club you'll be the first to know about double and triple G points offers. |

| How can I check my G points balance? |
To check how many G points you have collected simply go to "My Account" and login to see your balance. |

| How do I redeem my G points? |
Redeeming G points is easier than falling off an MV Agusta F4 on a greasy hairpin. For every 1,000 G points you collect we will automatically send you an email with a coupon code worth £10 to use the next time you shop online with us at GetGeared.co.uk.
So for example if you had a balance of 2,340 G Points on your account you would be sent a G Points Voucher by email with a code for a £20 discount the next time you shop online at GetGeared.co.uk. The balance of 340 G Points would remain on your account. |

| Can I earn and redeem G Points when I shop in the GetGeared store? |
We are intending to develop the ability to award customers G points when they shop in store and redeem G Points vouchers but it is quite complex and requires development. So the choice today is really whether to shop online at GetGeared.co.uk to collect the G Points or to visit the store for gear to take home today. |

| When do G Points get added to My Account? |
G Points are added to your account when we charge your card for the items you have purchased. We do not automatically charge your card as soon as you place an order online because we have to go through a number of processing checks but once these are completed the G Points will be added to your account. Similarly if you return items to GetGeared for a refund we take off the relevant number of G Points from your account. |

| Can I get G Points added for purchases I made before the G Points program started? |
Unfortunately if you purchased items before we began offering G Points in August 2008 we are unable to add G Points retrospectively. Obviously we would like to thank you for shopping with us in the past and we hope the extra savings that G Points will provide you with in the future mean you'll come back and see us again soon. |
