The Midland BT Next Bluetooth headset is great. All the main functions are easy to operate thanks to the big three buttons placed on the front of the unit, one of which cycles through the main functions to make things super-easy, with voice feedback to let you know what setting you are on. The BT Next is fixed to the helmet using the adhesive plate or the removable mounting clamp. Consequently it fits almost any helmet you can imagine, whether jet, flip, or full-face. Thanks to the internal audio kit with ultra slim speakers you can enjoy high quality stereo music while riding. From a technical perspective, it is the latest Bluetooth version 2.0 stereo (Headset/Hands-free/A2DP protocol). When connected to additional BT Next units (up to a maximum of 4) it can reach an intercom distance of 1 mile when the flip-up antenna is up and providing there are no obstructions or interferences to the signal between the riders. Battery life exceeds 8 hours! The housing is waterproof. The unit can be connected via USB to your computer for firmware updates. This product is CE marked according to the RTTE Directive (99/5/EC).

Attention: Before using your BT Next for the first time, remember to recharge it for at least 5/6 hours using the mini-USB wall charger. Compatible with other Midland BT Next units (BT by the way stands for Bluetooth, superior service from this unit, not for the telecoms operator)
