  • Choice of products that hit the spot and sizes that fit your butt;
  • 90-days return option (no-quibbling and that's that);
  • We pay the postman if your return is within 14 days, properly packaged, unused and with all the tags attached.

An Open Ear We won’t get everything right all of the time. We know that. There is always an open ear for your suggestions. Simply use the Contact Us form and tick the "do it better" option before pressing "Submit".

And if you need us ... (and feel you aren't getting through) We try to keep everything real simple and email- & cardboard-box-based. It’s designed to make your life trouble free and for us to run a tight ship. So please help us in the first instance by emailing. We'll respond. We don't use automated emails, so we ask that you give us a working day to get back to you. That gives us time to check your order or particular issue and come back with a proper response.
