I HAVE A PRODUCT QUESTION

If you'd like to know more about any of the products we sell then please do get in touch. Most common queries can be answered via the description on the product page itself, however if there is anything not covered there, by all means get in touch and the team will be more than happy to help you.

I WANT TO APPLY FOR A STUDENT DISCOUNT

To be able to apply for a student discount, you have to have a .ac.uk, .sch.uk or .edu email address, and we may ask you to prove your eligibility by way of a student id card. Please get in touch with us using the below form, using your .ac.uk, .sch.uk or .edu email address.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

When you ordered your item, we would have told you the earliest date that we could deliver the item to you if you had chosen next day delivery. It is important to note that you need to check that you are happy with the date of your chosen size, as some sizes may take longer than others. Most of our suppliers will deliver next day to us and so even if your item was out of stock when you ordered, we’ll likely ship within two working days.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DELIVERY

When your item was shipped out to you, you would have got an email with your tracking information (if you don’t remember receiving this then check your junk folder). Follow the tracking link, if the tracking currently states "We are awaiting receipt of the parcel" then please try again later. The tracking emails are delivered up to 6 hours prior to collection of the parcels from us. If, however this status has not changed after 24 hours, please click ‘I need more help’ below so that we may investigate this further for you. If the tracking says ‘delivered’ please check the signature and see whether a neighbour has signed for your parcel. If you missed your delivery, use the tracking link to rearrange delivery with the courier.
