C Waist:
Without bending measure around your waist making sure the tape measure feels comfortable, not overtight or too loose.
D Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips and bum.
E Outside leg:
Biking trousers are designed to sit slightly higher than everyday trousers.
Find a comfortable point above the waistband of a normal pair of trousers (closer to your actual waist - see point C on the diagram).
Without bending, measure from thispoint over your hip bone right down to the bottom of your feet (remember to make an allowance for boots or shoes).
