SHIPPING TO MAINLAND UK IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER £30*

THE SHIPPING RATES AVAILABLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

There are a few important things to know:

• Orders must be placed before 3PM for guaranteed same day dispatch for an INSTOCK item - check the product page for information.
• You are responsible for providing us with a complete and correct delivery address.
• You are responsible for someone being available to take receipt at the address you provide us with. Watch our for emails / SMS messages regarding your delivery so you can make arrangements.
• Where the delivery agent captures a proof of delivery, that then means that we have delivered your parcel and fulfilled our obligation.
• The forecast despatch date is shown on the product page for each size or colour immediately when you add the item to basket - take note of the despatch dates shown on the product pages when you select your purchase.
• Separately, you are able to select your chosen shipping speed in the checkout, which is then applied to your order when stock is ready for despatch. What that means to you is: Choosing Next Day delivery is possible on items where the forecast despatch date is in the future.
• Delivery is best endeavour - we cannot be responsible for delays with couriers due to unforeseen circumstances. If a parcel was sent on the correct service by us, refunds for shipping will not be made
• Shipping from the warehouse is Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (where an item specifically says it is in stock and will be dispatched that following Monday).

 

Notes

* Unfortunately the threshold is higher for NI (£100) and the Islands (£75). If your order contains aerosols the minimum threshold for free shipping to mainland UK is £50 and NO shipping is possible to NI and the Islands.

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
