You are booking a Zoom Video Call to check the fitting of your helmet. We will send you a link to make a booking when your purchase is complete. You then book your apppointment once you have received your helmet.

The service includes up to 2 fitting calls and the FREE exchange of your helmet to a different size / model.

Please ensure the following:

- You are 100% able to participate in the Zoom call at the time chosen

- You are able to operate your phone such that you can connect to the Zoom call at the given time - we advise logging in 2-3 minutes earlier so that IF the app has to update, there is enough time to do so

- You will be in a room with enough light so that we can see you and assess with you the fitting of your helmet and whether the helmet leaves impressions on your skin

- Your phone is recent enough for the "Selfie" camera to have a resolution so we are able to see clearly - for example iPhone X or later  

You can book this service even if you purchased from a different supplier. If you purchase the call with a helmet from us, then you receive an automatic 30% (£15) discount. The call will be held in English language. If the call fails because the above is not the case at the time, we will not reschedule. Once booked, the call is not refundable but can be rescheduled up to 3 hours prior. The discount on the call requires the purchase of a helmet.
